Baby B Update


It was Doctor day today....and all seems to be going really well.  Our baby boy is growing bigger and he is healthy, and seemingly happy in there for now!  Mommy LOST a pound this month if you can believe that, and the doctor told me that since I was pretty tall, and started out not a small gal, I'm not showing like some might.  Seriously, if you didn't know me, you'd probably think I just have put on a few pounds, I just look fatter.  (Look at below post picture with Jayde...Jayde is only 6 weeks further along than me, and she's all cutie pie baby preggo!).   Definately not the 'cute' pregnant mommy here...more like the 'hmmm, she needs to stop eating' mommy!  Oh well, I don't really care, as long as he is healthy.  They took a cute picture of his face.  Since he is getting bigger, it's harder to get the good pics anymore.  Tighter quarters I guess.  I am not going to spend the extra few hundred bucks for a 3D ultrasound people, you'll have to wait until he comes out to see him in full figure form. 

We are getting excited to go to Colorado and visit my family for Thanksgiving...looking forward to that!  Fall is here, I love the colors, the weather and family time.

    I think you look beautiful! Little John is way too cute, he looks like he is smiling in this picture :). Baby Bellies are over rated anyway, they are cute at first and then they get really hard and in the way, you cant sleep and it takes alot of effort to even get off the couch lol.

Colorado Visit

Right after 6 month pics were taken, Rhett and Mommy went to visit the Colorado Grandparents.  We needed to get out of the heat for awhile and it was a great time.  We did a lot of visiting with everyone.  Rhett decided he LOVES the outdoors and he was truly in heaven the entire week.  We were able to relax on the porch, outside.  He discovered a couple of really awesome outdoor things.  Trees and Birds.  He loved just being outside gazing up into the trees, and he even got his hands on a few, tearing the leaves and branches he could muster off the limbs.  He also spotted geese, black birds and even had an encounter with some chickens!  He rolled around in some green cold grass, received several puppy kisses, worked on his crawling, yoga & hopping skills.  Mommy raided Granddads garden before returning home.  A fun time was had by all.
